Film palace - "The old and new glam" totally refurbished

While I was playing my game with my sim Sunshine in Bridgeport I decided to do something about the house she was living in. In my game she fells in love with Emmy Starr, who, when the game begins, lives in the house "Old and new glam" at 12 Bogaard Lane (Celluloid Heights) with her partner Alan Stanley.
After I refurbished the whole house I moved it to another game in Sunset Valley, happy to realise it fits well on one of my favourite lots, the 40x30 lot next to Agnes Crumplebuttom on Redwood Parkway.

Next to the garage I added a little "pool house" with bath room facilies:

New Sim: Leo

Let's meet Leo, one of my favourite sims to play. His traits were from the beginning artistic, over-emotional, great kisser, natural cook and hopeless romantic. I changed his artistic trait to childish since I realised he was more fun that way (if you want that version of Leo, please just do the same if you like to).

Villa gli ulivi - The house by the olive tree

This i my attempt to make a typical Italian Villa. I started from the EA premade "Mediterranean house" and made a completly refurbished version of it. The lot is only 30x40 and I've placed it on the street close to the Old pier beach in Sunset Valley. It's the lot on the corner of Sun Song av, next to the Frio household.

New modern home: Asplunden

I've finally finished my second modern house. The name means "the Aspen grove" in Swedish.* The house is build on a 40x30 lot, in this case the lot next to Agnes Crumplebuttom on Redwood Parkway in Sunset Valley.

* I was going to name the house "Björklunden" (the Birch grove), since I've placed, what I think look like birch trees in the garden. Birches are common in Sweden, but for some strange reason the Sims 3 game (Swedish version) calls them "Asp trees". Lucklily ""Asp" may make more sense in an internations context, since it's easier to spell than "björk". And we have a lot of aspen trees here aswell. Moreover, there was a Swedish architect named Gunnar Asplund, actually a proponent of the modernist style in the 30's. About Gunnar Asplund at Wikipedia.
