This house is a modified version of my legacy challenge house, and therefore it fits on one of the biggest lots there is in Riverview and Sunset Valley: 60x60.
It's a modern house, inspired by Swedish contemporary and East Asian design: light and bright colours, open floor plan and oak tree. It suits the wealthy growing family since it has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and an open floor plan. It contains some minor objects from store (that will be replaced by other base game objects), and some CC that will come with the lot when downloaded.
